Does the F68 have a distance limit?

The F68 does not rely on traditional direct radio-to-radio range. It communicates through cellular networks and the PoC platform, allowing users in different cities, states, or countries to stay connected.

Can I use the EZF F68 outside the United States?

Yes. The EZF F68 supports worldwide communication through cellular networks and the PoC platform, allowing users in different countries to communicate with each other.

Does the F68 require a monthly subscription?

No. Lifetime Service Included means there is no monthly or annual recurring service fee for the included radio service.

Do I need to buy a SIM card?

No. Every F68 comes with an EZF-provided SIM for the included radio service.

Can I sell or transfer my F68 to another owner?

Yes. Lifetime Service follows the eligible EZF SIM rather than the original purchaser, so normal resale does not by itself end the included service.

What happens if the SIM fails or needs replacement?

If an eligible SIM fails through normal use, an approved replacement can continue the original Lifetime Service. Replacement costs may apply for loss, user-caused damage, or unauthorized replacement.

What happens if my F68 is replaced?

If EZF replaces the radio because of a confirmed product-quality issue, the replacement device and SIM continue the original Lifetime Service.

Can I move the EZF SIM to another device?

The included EZF SIM is intended for its original F68 or an EZF-approved replacement device. Service is not guaranteed when the SIM is moved to an unauthorized device.
